PRODUCT FEATURES FOR THE GIGS SECURITY LINE-UP GATE

We constructed our high-quality, pressure-stable GIGS Security Line-Up Gate per CE Standards. Moreover, we designed and built this system in our Italian facility near Udine, like the GIGS Stage Barricades. We use robust, fireproof and durable aluminum. There is a choice of designs. In addition to the GIGS Long Line-up Gate, you can choose between the shorter GIGS Line-up Gate and the GIGS Double Line-up Gate.

Product Description

Depending on the version, the GIGS Long Line-up Gate has a 0.50-meter-wide passage (20 inches), a 0.80-meter-wide (32 inches) wheelchair-accessible passage, or a 1.20-meter-wide (47 inches) XXL passage with a door. The short GIGS Line-up Gate also has a 0.50-meter-wide passage. The GIGS Double Line-up Gate comes with two 0.50-meter-wide openings.

Double Gate with Double Function

The removable center section of the 1.20-meter-wide Double Line-Up Gate allows a passage suitable for wheelchairs. Moreover, you can quickly fix ramps and doors on both sides. In combination with the feature of its XXL opening, the gate is ideal for use in areas of emergency exits.

Practical Transport Options

The access gates have a comfortable railing height of around 1.18 meters (46 inches). Moreover, they weigh about 45.50 to 79.50 kilograms (100 to 175 pounds) and are 1.09 meters (GIGS Line-up Gate and GIGS Double Line-up Gate) or 2.40 meters (95 inches, GIGS Long Line-up Gate) long when assembled. The unpainted aluminum gates come in 3, 4, and 6 units on transport trolleys. We are happy to take over the transport, construction, and breakdown on request.

Additional Information

All GIGS line-up gates can be linked to all GIGS barricade systems. They come in standard GIGS dollies, which allows easy transport and storage.

GIGS Line-up Double Gates have two entry chutes in the size of a standard GIGS barricade. The center piece can be taken out, which transforms the Line-up Double Gates into one Wheelchair Accessible Line-up Gate.

Both GIGS Long Line-up Gates and Long Line-up Gates with wheelchair access add safety to events with
high attendance figures.

Optional Extras

The gate comes with the associated connecting and end bends (compensators). So, you can bolt the gates together and to other GIGS barricades. Therefore, this ensures a stable situation. Moreover, the arches visually highlight the entrance area. Similarly, they cover protruding struts or rubbish bins ready for the controlling entry personnel.

Compatible with All Barriers of The GIGS Series

You can easily attach information signs to the perforated metal sheets. Furthermore, you can combine all line-up gate variants with the barricades and other elements from the GIGS series. This guarantees individual barrier solutions.

Flexible Assembly from All Sides

You can mount GIGS Security Line-up Gates from right to left and vice versa or from the center. An excellent advantage of the construction and breakdown process is that no technical construction direction is necessary. Moreover, you can remove and reinstall individual elements or entire groups of pieces from the row. Therefore, this is a clear advantage compared to other barricades, where a pin connects the parts on the side.
