I-Trac is known for its excellent load distribution and optimal traction. As the name suggests, this floor protection solution is designed with an I-shape. Each panel measures 1.20 meters in length and 90 centimeters in width, with a height of 5 centimeters. The panels are made of polypropylene copolymer, which makes them strong and resistant to UV rays and solvents. You can use this lightweight yet durable system on various indoor and outdoor surfaces and support heavy vehicles weighing up to 40 tons per axle.

Product Description

I-Trac is incredibly lightweight, with each base plate weighing only 15.6 kilograms. This sets the heavy-duty system apart from comparable systems. Additionally, the floor protection, which can easily handle the highest point loads, features a lightly profiled surface that provides excellent non-slip properties.

High stability thanks to plug-in connections

During manual installation, the individual I-shaped elements interlock tightly. Plug-in connections ensure high stability. Moreover, the patented connection system enables a closed and level surface.

Expert on-site support

We can handle transport, assembly, disassembly, and final cleaning if requested. One of our experienced supervisors can also provide expert on-site support.

Geotextile as an additional protective carpet pad

We also have geotextile as an additional protective carpet pad to provide extra protection for the floor if needed. Depending on the application area, such as stadium shows, we recommend using I-Trac along with a supplementary turf protection system.
