PRODUCT FEATURES FOR TERRATRAKPLUS

TerraTrakPlus creates seamless, even, and stable surfaces. The translucent ground protection panels are delivered as either single panels or two interlocked tiles. Each tile is 3.80 centimeters (1.50 inches) high and 1.10 meters (43 inches) long and wide. A panel is twice as long. The panels are made of high-density, UV-stabilized polyethylene, giving them robust and weather-resistant properties.

Product Description

A panel covers an area of 2.31 square meters (3,741 square inches) and weighs 46 kilograms (101.4 pounds). Additionally, the heavy-duty panels feature a certified slip-resistant surface, a flat underside, and cam locks that ensure a particularly firm connection of the panels. The locking mechanism also makes installation simple, quick, and highly efficient.

Faster Setup and More Stability

Multidirectional connectors allow for installation from the inside out, further expediting the process. Nubs on the overlapping edges ease positioning during assembly. Additionally, they provide extra stability and prevent lateral twisting under heavy vehicle loads.

On-Site Support

TerraTrakPlus ensures optimal load distribution and counteracts soil compaction. Moreover, the material’s translucency supports photosynthesis, helping to preserve the green of covered turf areas. The ground protection is transported on suitable stillages that hold 25 panels each. Upon request, we handle transport, construction, breakdown, and final cleaning, or our experienced supervisors offer on-site support.

Optional Extras

T-bars for setup and breakdown, which allow easy locking and unlocking while standing, are included in the delivery. In addition to multidirectional connectors, we also provide matching ramps that create safe transitions between the ground and the installed event flooring, ensuring smooth access for wheelchairs and vehicles. The ramps, available in signal colors red and yellow, ensure quick visibility of the transitions.

For Transitions to Turf Protection Systems

We also offer special transition elements. These serve either as expansion joints to accommodate the panels’ expansion in heat or provide transitions to matching turf protection systems. If the nature of the ground requires additional protection, we provide underlays such as PE foil or geotextile for laying down before installing TerraTrakPlus.
