PRODUCT FEATURES FOR SUPA-TRAC

Supa-Trac flooring is designed to be UV, water, and air permeable, allowing for integrated drainage and exhaust air system to protect the covered lawn area from external influences. We supply this floor protection in prefabricated sheets consisting of 15 tiles made of durable plastic polypropylene copolymer and pleasantly light in weight.

Product Description

One unit of Supa-Trac flooring weighs approximately 32.70 kilograms (72 pounds) and can cover an area of about 2.70 meters (108 inches) long and 1.15 meters (45 inches) wide, with a height of 3.50 centimeters (1.40 inches). The patented click system allows for a firm and flexible connection of the panels.

Slip-Resistant

The slightly profiled surface of Supa-Trac flooring ensures slip resistance, providing guests with a secure hold. In addition to transport, we can also take care of the construction, breakdown, and final cleaning.

Optional Extras

The red clips firmly and visibly connect the sheets. Moreover, we also have black clips that hold the individual plates of the sheets together. Accessories also include matching ramps that can be attached to the panels to ensure barrier-free access.

Visually Contrasting Ramps

These ramps come in male and female versions and are available in yellow and black, visually signaling the transition to pedestrian event flooring and increasing safety.

Connectors to Other Floorings

We provide top connectors for the turf protection system to connect the system with ground protection panels suitable for heavy loads. You can use these connectors as expansion joints and fasten them with Gaffa tape. We also recommend using expansion joints at high temperatures to prevent the Supa-Trac panels from setting up due to thermal expansion.

Supa-Trac offers easy handling combined with high quality. The lightweight pedestrian event flooring allows for the transformation of sensitive green areas into pedestrian-friendly areas without the need for special tools. It is also designed to withstand mobile transport boxes, Gator vehicles, or other light vehicles driving on the surface.

Closed and Flexible Surface

The click system allows for a firm connection of the panels, creating a closed and flexible surface that can easily adapt to small uneven areas. However, on soft grounds, it is recommended to avoid dynamic point loads to maintain the male connectors of the click system. Loading, construction, and breakdown specifications should be observed.

Application Details

Supa-Trac is ideal for large-scale events with many spectators, such as open airs or stadium concerts. Moreover, the turf protection system is suitable for medium-heavy loads and is pedestrian-friendly. It can also serve as a substructure for delay towers or FOH positions.

Secure foothold and optimal protection

The flexible panels also adapt perfectly to smaller irregular areas on horse racecourses, golf fields, or meadows. Depending on weather conditions, the temporary grass protection can remain for up to five days. You can drive light vehicles on it. Moreover, Supa-Trac offers event guests a secure foothold and provides optimal lawn protection.
