PRODUCT FEATURES FOR REMOPLA

Remopla panels are robust, durable, and fire-resistant. You can connect individual panels by hand and without the use of tools. This will result in gap-free, pedestrian-friendly, and easily accessible event or construction areas.

Product Description

The heavy-duty ground protection system consists of 4.20 centimeters (2 inches) high, approximately 32 kilograms (70 pounds) heavy, and robust rubber sheets. We manufacture these with recycled soft PVC with UV stabilizers. In addition, the sheets have a nubby surface and offer an excellent hold. Besides the 1.20-meter-wide (47 inches) and 0.80-meter-deep (32 inches) standard version, the cover dimension is 5 centimeters (2 inches) less on each side. The range also includes a smaller version that can achieve a straight finish even when laid offset.

Easy to Reshape The Tiles

In addition to the standard anthracite, many other colors from the RAL color palette are available. The color palettes match the floor covering the location or the occasion of the event. You can reshape the tiles for optimal adaptation to the local conditions. If required, we can take care of the transport, the construction, the breakdown, and the final cleaning.

Optional Extras

We provide geotextiles made of nonwoven or PE film as an additional protective underlay. For sensitive substrates such as tartan tracks, we recommend using PE film. Additionally, we offer steel ramps of different widths and ramps made of thermoplastic PVC for the transitions. These are specially adapted to the ground protection system bolted to the rubber panels.

Suitable Ramps and Combinations

The steel ramps are used in the driveway area of heavy-duty vehicles. You can combine the drivable event flooring with various turf protection systems or other ground protection systems, such as Plywood. You can use Remopla at various venues to create highly resistant floors that can also be color-matched, if desired, in just a few simple steps.

Extremely Load-Bearing

You can transport a maximum of 24 pallets with 30 panels each on one articulated truck. The Remopla drivable event flooring is designed for extreme load-bearing capacity and is intended for use on level surfaces only. Additionally, it may soften at high temperatures. As a precaution, highly exposed areas such as curves should be cooled with water to prevent expansion and potential displacement.

Additionally, these mats are suitable for a wide range of surfaces, including softer ones under low loads. Furthermore, these mats are appropriate for temporary outdoor and indoor events. These rubber mats are also suitable for use in construction sites, including paved inner-city areas.

The plastic panels are designed to withstand heavy loads, including those from truck cranes, trucks, or forklifts.
