The Modular Cable Cover System is a versatile, low-profile cable protection system. It also includes various unique parts and ramps designed for wheelchair accessibility, often necessary with other systems. However, this cable ramp solution features separate center and ramp sections, allowing easy customization. Additionally, center sections can be permanently connected in width and extended as needed.

PRODUCT FEATURES FOR THE MODULAR CABLE COVER SYSTEM

We offer the cable protection system with five cable channels, or in two XXL versions with two or three channels, suitable for cables and hoses with larger diameters. All elements of the Modular Cable Cover System are made from durable polyurethane and feature a profiled, non-slip surface. The central parts include black plastic housing and, depending on the version, a red or yellow hinged lid.

Product Description

Another advantage of the infinitely expandable Modular Cable Cover System: Ultra‑flat ADA ramps ensure barrier‑free transitions. In the XXL versions, red connectors join the XXL center sections with the wheelchair‑accessible ramps. In addition, triangular connecting elements in black or blue are available for longitudinal transitions – when switching between red ADA ramps and black standard ramps.

Different Variants and Ramp Types

For all three construction heights, we offer matching connectors, ensuring exact and secure alignment. The 5‑channel center section weighs approximately 7.30 kilograms (16.10 pounds) and measures 31 centimeters (12.20 inches) in width and 4.80 centimeters (1.90 inches) in height. The XXL center section with 3 channels weighs about 9.30 kilograms (20.50 pounds), is about 23 centimeters (9.10 inches) wide, and around 8 centimeters (3.10 inches) high. The XXL center section with 2 channels weighs approximately 11.80 kilograms (26.01 pounds), is about 26 centimeters (10.20 inches) wide, and around 12 centimeters (4.70 inches) high. All three versions are 91 centimeters (35.80 inches) long. The total width varies depending on the model, ramp type, and the number of center sections coupled on the sides.

Application Details

One clear advantage of the Modular Cable Cover System is its lateral extension. Unlike other solutions that create depressions when ramps are placed side by side, the Modular Cable Cover System ensures a level, easily walkable, and passable surface, even in the lateral extension. Additionally, the individual elements can be plugged together in the transverse direction to increase stability.
