PRODUCT FEATURES FOR DEFENDER MINI AND MIDI
Recyclable polyurethane is a primary material used in manufacturing Defender Mini and Midi cable protectors. These durable plastic bridges are resistant to oil, acid, and gasoline and feature a ribbed surface on the lid and ramps for slip resistance. The hinged lid allows for secure opening and closing of the black housing, which is also available in a yellow color scheme to make pedestrians and vehicle drivers aware of the obstacle.
One element of the Mini version of the cable protector system weighs 4.70 kilograms (10.30 pounds) and measures approximately 29 centimeters wide (11.40 inches) and 4.80 centimeters high (1.90 inches). This light, narrow, and flat cable protection element covers an area of around 100 centimeters (39.40 inches). On the other hand, an element of the Midi version weighs 12.50 kilograms (27.80 pounds) and covers 89 centimeters (35 inches). The Midi model is about 5 centimeters high (1.97 inches) with a width of approximately 54 centimeters (21.30 inches).
Space for larger wires
The Mini cable protector system features cable ducts that are 3.50 centimeters wide (1.38 inches) and predominantly 3 centimeters high (1.18 inches). These ducts also have room for slightly larger cables in the middle cable duct, which measures 3.50 centimeters high (1.38 inches). On the other hand, the Midi system’s channel width and height measure 3.40 centimeters (1.34 inches) and 3.60 centimeters (1.42 inches), respectively. The Mini model can withstand a load of 2 tons (4,41 pounds) on a 20 by 20 centimeter (7.90 by 7.90 inches) area, while the Midi model has a higher load capacity of 5 tons (11,02 pounds).
